Php 18.00 per sq. ft. – sanding only (parquet, planks, T&G)
Php 20.00 per sq. ft. – sanding up to sanding sealer.
Php 30.00 per sq. ft. – sanding up to wax finish with polishing.
Php 35.00 per sq. ft. – sanding up to HUDSON polyurethane.
Php 40.00 per sq. ft. – sanding up to ACE polyurethane (satin, semi- glossy)
Php 70.00 per sq. ft. – sanding up to BONA (satin, semi- glossy)

Add ons:
Php 10.00 per sq. ft. – BLEACHING works
Php 10.00 per sq. ft. – STAINING works.

On MARBLE (floor, wall, counter-tops)

Php 400.00 per sq. m. – grinding, putty up to wax finish with polishing.
Php 420.00-420.00 per sq. m. – grinding, putty up to crystallize finish.

On Concrete
Php 420.00 per sq. m. – grinding only.
Php 450.00 per sq. m. - grinding, putty, up to concrete sealer only.
Php 500.00 per sq. m. – grinding, putty, concrete sealer up to wax & polishing.
