Finance Staff in Ortigas Pasig 18k to 23k

-Update financial spreadsheets with daily transations
-All disbursement of all companies (Cash and Check)
-Preparing checks
-Check releasing and bill payments - All companies
-Daily bank balances (update passbook daily)
-Assist in process bank opening
-Receive cash and bank collection of all company
-Processing and validationg Request for Payments(RFP) of all Companies
-Fund allocation / fund transfers
-Track and reconcile Bank Statements
-Cash Reconciliation
-BIR approver for EFPS Payment
-Making Journal Entries for Internal Company Advances to / Advances from
-Provide admin support during budget preparation
-Manage and negotiate to banks
-Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification:
-Computer Literate
-Work experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer or similar role
-Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
-Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
-Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks)
-Organiztional and time-management skills
-Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
-BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
