JOB DESCRIPTION
The Finance Executive is responsible to manage financial transactions at country level. Apply integrity to exercise professional practices to support business and finance operations in the areas of accounting, AR management, financial analysis, audit, treasury & financial information system. Be a team player to work within finance dept. and across dept.
Ensure Healthy AR movement
-Monitor and ensure prompt customers payments and collection
-Review aging report to alert managers regarding clients at risks & take necessary actions to ensure full collection and minimize bad debt exposure

Financial Transactions (i.e. Accounting & Financial Information System)
-Input accurate and timely data into ERP system
-All the financial data adhere to Accounting Standard, rules & regulations, policy & procedures
-Liaise with legal to address long outstanding clients

Project Management / Financial analysis
-Support Country Finance for financial analysis (benchmarks, etc.)
-Participate in project management (costs & expenses management, special project, etc) and work with Country Finance Manager

Audit & Treasury Supports
Ensure all supporting documents available for audit
-Ensure adequate payments
-To ensure that SOA is sent out to clients and also the BD/AMT is kept abreast
-To ensure that there is minimal unidentified collections
