Qualifications:
-At least 3 years’ experience as outbound sales representative.
-Experience in eCommerce is an Advantage.
-Friendly & optimistic(Sunshine)
-Experience with Customer service
-Caller's personality is crazy preferred
-hungry for money ( KPI to motivate the caller)
-Can Speak Spanish and English and Other Language is an advantage
-Can start ASAP
-Night Shift, Holidays and weekend

Job Description:
-Contact prospective customers by both telephone, email, chat or social media.
-Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails.
-Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base.
-Vet lead list for warm and cold leads
-Identify prospects that fit the target demographic.
-Record outbound call history and customers response in detail.
-Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
-Send or email product literature. brochures, catalogs and other campaign material.
-Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects.
-Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects.
-Report daily & weekly sales goals and objectives to the management team.
