English Filipino or Tagalog Customer Care Officer in San Miguel Manila near Quiapo Church

-Minimum salary
-(6-day work week) incentives will be on top of salary.
-Headcount: 60
-Shifting schedule
-Recruitment process : Initial interview, exam, typing, navigation, mock calls

-Must have call center / bpo experience
-Must be proficient in typing (35 WPM and 95% Accuracy)
-Must be familiar with MS Office Application and the shortcuts (e.g. ctrl C, S, V, Z, Y, alt + tab and the like)
-Will assist customers' inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and/or social media platforms.
