Employee Relations Specialist in Makati 18k
OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES
Job Responsibilities:
-Administer timekeeping and payroll processing
-Ensure timely and quality delivery of personnel services
-Manage the company’s various employee databases
-Manage company events
-Implement labor policies: manage employee relations, handling complaints, investigation
of allegations of company policy violations and just implementation of disciplinary actions
Required Skills:
-1 – 2 years of experience in handling timekeeping, payroll computations and
administration of government mandated benefits
-With adept knowledge on Mandated Benefits and Law
-Excellent time management skills
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Above average communication skills
-Proficient in MS Excel
-Payroll management
-Maturity to work under pressure and tough deadlines
-Accuracy and good attention details
