Note: You will be assessed according to the qualifications and skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Good in written and verbal English communication skills.
- Undergrad or High school grad can apply
- College /Bachelors is a plus.
- Good comprehension skills.
- Good multitasking skills.
- At least 18 years old and above.
- Flexible and detail-oriented person
- with or without cc background
- Can type at least 25-30 words per minute or more
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong, Makati, Ortigas, Pasay, Quezon City, Sucat, Pasig, Taguig, paranaque and etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Handle inbound customer service support calls from established customer.
-Cross sell value added services or products offered by the company.
-Provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources.
