Job Responsibilities:
• Adhering to predetermined methods, fulfilling demanded work principles, targets and objectives
• Offer high quality support and walk through for US Clients.
• Provide first-rate critical information and case completion on the topic of plan coverage and accounts
• Documentation know-how and monitoring of holder's accounts
• Adhere to approved measures by customer in managing customers.

Job Requirements:
◾ Completed 2 years in college, must possess at least 1 year of BPO experience in a voice account, with 6 months in a technical account
OR
◾ High school graduate with at least 6 months solid BPO work experience and college undergraduate who completed less than 2 years with at least 6 months of solid BPO work experience
