2 Marketing Officer for Building Material in San Juan

Title of position: Marketing Officer
Role of position: The position is responsible for conducting research to provide needed market information for planning and problem-solving and decision-making activities related to sales and marketing, under direction and guidance by the Marketing and Business Development Manager. The position assist the Manager in directly planning and implementing marketing activities, and in the administration of sales activities of the department.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Regularly conducts analysis of customer accounts, product sales performance, product presence and competition in market areas, in relation to sales held by external sales agents, and other assigned accounts, products and markets, to identify potential problems and opportunities.
2. Conducts research/investigation on problem accounts, products, and markets, to provide vital information to the department to be able to address the problems.
3. Plans and implements marketing activities, as assigned. Provides timely updates to the Consultant on status of activities and direction of results. Acts on deviations.
4. In the absence of the Manager and as assigned, administer sales and marketing activities of the organization ensuring synergy of efforts, consistent with the role and performance improvement objectives of the department.
5. Develops and delivers the strategy to further intensify the company’s retail business and lifestyle stores, appropriate to need and responsive to opportunity, in close collaboration with the Sales Team and Top Management.
Job Qualifications:
• Female not more than 30 years old
• 4 years graduate of Marketing, Business Ad, Advertising or any Related Field
• With back ground in Construction industry or alike

SALARY RANGE: 20K-25K
WORK LOCATION: San Juan City
WORK SCHEDULE: MON-FRI, 8am to 5pm; SAT, 8am to 1pm
