Our rooms for short term rent (less than 6 months) are now available at monthly rent ranging from P7,500 to P12,000 depending on room size, facilities and duration of stay. Short term rents and transients staying in the months of December, January, February and March shall enjoy a 15% promo discount. Transient daily rate is as low as P700/day with a stay duration of at least 1 week.
While our rooms and facilities are world class, our rates are "Pinoy" rates, hence very cheap. We care for our residents and transients that is why we put paramount importance to security, safety and comfort.
